Constitution of the Tetranon Republic



The Founder of Tetranon, hereby proclaims this Constitution as the Supreme law of the Tetranon Republic.




Article I


A. The power of the President to appoint members to Parliament or the Supreme Court of Tetranon shall expire at the end of 02020.

B. The President may create and appoint any number of councils, boards, cabinets, or round tables, as he sees proper.

C. The President has full power to pardon, or commune.

D. The First President shall be Michael G Zigler Jr his term shall expire at the end of year 02020.

E. The election shall take place every 10 years with 02020 being the next. Citizens whose dues are paid for the last 2 years may vote. A citizen may pay up any arrears up until 30 days before the election to be eligible to vote..



Article II Parliament


A. Legislative powers of Tetranon, shall be vested in the Tetranon Parliament.

B. Parliament shall be composed of 2 bodies, or houses, the Elective House, and the Appointed House. The Appointed House shall dissolve on December 31, 02030.

C. The Elective House shall consist of a minimum of 20 members, each of whom, shall be a citizen of Tetranon for at least 2 years, and have reached the age of 18 years old before he or she is sworn into office. In the event there are less than 20 citizens of Tetranon, then the House shall consist of all citizens who are over 18 and have sworn loyalty to the Constitution of Tetranon. The Elective body shall contain at least 1 member per 150 citizens, as determined by the most recent census..

D. The terms of the members of the elective body shall be 2 years, and the elections shall take place in even numbered years.

E. Proportional representation. Each citizen who is at least 16 years in age shall have as many votes as there are seats in the Elective House up for election. Any citizen may combine, their votes to one candidate or spread them out among the seats that are open. This insures that a simple majority of the citizens cannot control 100 percent of the seats in the elective house.

F. The Appointed House of Parliament shall consist of members who are appointed to their seats by the President of Tetranon. The President may appoint or remove members of the appointed house at his pleasure. On December 31, 02020, the President shall lose his power of appointment. All remaining seats held by members of the appointed house shall expire on December 31, 02030..

G. No act of Parliament shall be valid unless passed by a majority of each house of parliament. However, an act of the elective house shall be valid if the appointed house is dissolved when the appointed body has less than 5 life tenured members.

H. Parliament shall have jurisdiction over:

The Library of Tetranon.

All Post offices of Tetranon.

Shared roads and trails.

Regulating the minting of coin and the issuance of currency of Tetranon. However the standard of money shall be the Rox and the Flar. The Rox shall be equal to one once of silver. Each Rox is equal to 100 Flar

Issuing corporate charters, regulating banking, securities, and Trust law.

Additional powers of Parliament may be granted in other Articles of this Constitution.


I. Parliament shall make no law or act to:

Lay any land tax, Sales tax, VAT tax, any tax on currency or the exchange of currency.

Tax, or regulate in any way, the civilian ownership of any firearm or any other weapon in Tetranon.

Regulate in any way Healthcare, drugs and devices.

Marriage & divorce.

Food, Farming , and agriculture, nor shall any authority in Tetranon have any power to pass any law, or act against the growing of any natural plant.


Article III Judicial



A. The Judicial system of Tetranon shall be headed by the Supreme Court of Tetranon.

The Supreme Court shall contain 7 justices. Every 10 years there shall be an election for the entire bench of the Supreme Court. This shall take place in years ending in "2". Starting in year 2022.

Each citizen shall have 7 votes each. They may distribute their votes among candidates, giving all 7 to one or 1 vote to 7 different candidates, or any combination between.

Only citizens of Tetranon who are at least 19 years old may be sworn into office of any Court of Tetranon.

Until December 31, 02020, the President of Tetranon may appoint any number of additional life tenured members beyond the 7 to the Supreme Court.

Until December 31, 02020, the President may remove any appointed member at his pleasure, and any elected member for cause..

Until December 31, 02020, the President may hear appeals from the Supreme Court. The power, of the president to overrule a decision of the Supreme court shall expire on December 31, 02020.

B. Parliament may make or abolish inferior courts of original jurisdiction under the Supreme Court. Any decision of an inferior court can be appealed to the Supreme Court.

C. Neither the Parliament, nor the Supreme Court, nor any other authority in Tetranon shall grant any association, bar, party, or club, a monopoly right to hold seats on the bench of any court in Tetranon.

D. It shall never be a requirement that anyone be a member of any association, bar, party, or club, to be a Justice, or Judge in Tetranon.

E. Courts of original Jurisdiction shall be open to hear any :

Dispute or controversy between citizens of Tetranon.

Any petition from a citizen challenging the Constitutionality of an act of Parliament.

F. Judges and Trial Juries shall deliberate in secret, however all other proceedings of a court shall be public.

All proceedings of a Grand Jury shall be public and on the record.

No Court shall hear any criminal case unless they are indicted by a Grand Jury.

Any citizen file a criminal complaint to a Grand Jury. After the filing of a complaint with a Grand Jury the accused shall be served with notice, and have the right to be present at the Grand Jury and speak in their defense.

No prosecutor, accuser, or Judge, shall meet with a Grand Jury without the accuser being present.


Article IV Citizenship



A. Those who are born in Tetranon or are born to a citizen of Tetranon shall have the right of Natural Born citizenship of Tetranon.

B. Others may apply to become citizens of Tetranon. To apply, one must be at least 18 years of age. Citizenship applications may be approved by Parliament or the King.

C. No one may be granted Citizenship who has not sworn loyalty to the King & this Constitution. Natural Born Citizens shall swear loyalty to the King & Constitution when they attain voting age, before they may vote in any election in Tetranon.

E. The right to Vote in any election and in amending this constitution shall only be enjoyed by Citizens of Tetranon who are currently paid up on the last 2 years Citizenship dues. Citizenship dues shall be set at 2 Rox and 50 Flar per year.

Citizens who are not paid up on dues, shall be required to pay off at least the last 2 years arrears of dues, before voting in a current years' election to Parliament, Supreme Court or any other election.

F. Citizens shall not be denied any other right as a citizen of Tetranon, for failure to pay citizen dues.


Article V Rights in Tetranon


All people, Citizens of Tetranon, and Non Citizens shall have certain rights. The government of Tetranon, Parliament, Judiciary, shall be limited.

A. No, law in Tetranon shall infringe on freedom of the press, freedom of speech, and speech to criticize the Parliament or Judiciary.

B. Parliament shall make no law, regulating any religion. No, religion may infringe on the rights of other religions in Tetranon.

C. The simple possession of an inanimate object, natural or manufactured, shall never be a crime.

D. As Courts are to be open to the public and there are to be no secret trials, secret witnesses, nor secret evidence, the simple possession of evidence of a crime, by a 3rd party witness shall never be a crime in itself. To criminalize the possession of any video, or pictures of a crime, annihilates the right of the accused to a public trial, with public evidence.
